01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 747agents ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 747agents website and its associated services.

By accessing the 747agents platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 747agents platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific policy, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 747agents platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 747agents, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 747agents platform.

747agents reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be ineligible, your account will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made by ineligible players will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 747agents platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

747agents reserves the right to verify the information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide accurate information, or providing false or misleading information, may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

Account registration is free of charge. 747agents does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a player account.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 747agents account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

747agents strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time SMS code in addition to your password when logging in from an unrecognized device.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the 747agents support team immediately via live chat. 747agents will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification. However, 747agents shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

747agents will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

747agents accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Verified accounts receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals in real time. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the account verification process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Verification is a one-time process and is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

• 747agents does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 747agents reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

747agents offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 747agents promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be requested.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 747agents reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

07 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the 747agents platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

747agents uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed at each table.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 747agents reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 747agents shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted by the 747agents system are final. 747agents does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been confirmed, except where a technical error is identified by 747agents.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 747agents platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 747agents platform.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

09 Responsible Gaming

747agents is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. To support this commitment, 747agents provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 747agents platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 747agents platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 747agents or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 747agents platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 747agents.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 747agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

747agents's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 747agents's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

747agents collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

747agents implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and 747agents cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

13 Amendments

747agents reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 747agents will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 747agents platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

14 Termination

747agents reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach of Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 747agents, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

747agents's decisions regarding gameplay outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR.
